THIS IS THE WORST BOA LOCATION EVER!!!!!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BANK AT THIS LOCATION!!! THE LINE IS ALWAYS OUT THE DOOR, LITERALLY!!! THE BANKERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AND ARE VERY RUDE!!! THEY DONT TRY TO MAKE THE WAITING EXPERIENCE GOOD. PEOPLE WILL BE SITTING IN THE OFFICES WITH NO CUSTOMERS AND THE LINE IS OUT THE DOOR!!!!! HORRIBLE BRANCH!!! THEY SHOULD GET NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP!!! IM CALLING CORPORATE TODAY ON THIS BRANCH!!! MAKES ME WANT TO SWITCH BANKS!! ZERO STARS!!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!
There's is always only 1 teller working the line at this bank. ALWAYS. And to top it all off, this girl is so so so rude. Not just to certain people either. It doesn't matter what race or anything like that. She is just always so rude and has attitude. And her manager sees it and doesn't do anything about it. So, I'm taking matters into my own hands and will contact corporate about her and this unorganized branch that really shouldn't be open if they can't operate it efficiently and professionally.
Great bank with friendly tellers. Lines are a little slow, but that's the same at most banks.
Worst location ever!!! They ask you to set a appointment to talk to a banker but your still waiting for 45 mins to a hour before you could even talk to anyone. Their under staff, even on a Wednesday the line is to the door. Do not come here if your trying to get in and out because you will be waiting for more then 45mins.
You wouldn't even be getting this one star if I could set it up that way! I went here July Mon 25 in the morning at 9:30 to simply get exchange change for my mother who is housebound at the moment. I do her errands. She having a garage sale. I simply am the driver. The woman who was there because I went through the drive through gave me the HARDEST time it took forever to just exchange money. First she asked me if this was for a business. Second she asked who's it for. Third she gave a speech about how I would need to go to my own bank because its a service. Well duh it's a service. A service for my mother! I am only the driver. I tried to explain to her I'm doing errands for her and I don't think she ever got it. Maybe she's slow. Why would I go to my bank ( Which I don't even have) and exchange money for my mother there? She WITHDREW money here she has an account!! I told the lady I would let my mom know. My mother will be switching banks now because of this horrible experience. People DO have to run errands for other people who can't. And she also asked me for my LICENSE!! She said she would exchange the money this once. Ha! You sure will. Because you are losing a customer. As well as the 2 I referred there.
