The worst gym I have ever worked out. First of all is beyond dirty. The machines are ancient. The bathrooms are filthy and non functional. Stay away!
This is an awesome old school gym, no frills. You'll find everything you need to reach you're goals, and people that are genuinely glad you're there. Kirk, the owner, is an incredible man, and his staff it's wonderful too. They have a great little protein shop hidden to the left of the entrance. Give it a try, they are all sweetened with stevia, and taste delicious. I've worked out here on and off for over 15 years, and it's still just as awesome.
Awesome place! I am working with Adam, but everyone I have spoken to here is friendly and cool. Laid back atmosphere, great setup, solid location. Adam and Lee are wonderful!
I came here with Haltom City Champions a couple years ago we did powerlifting this is also one of my favorite sports and helps me stay in shape Strauss Fitness has been around for a long time that every piece of equipment for bodybuilding this place is pretty cool though it is not your modernized Jim meaning they don't have smoothie machines and things like that this place is for people who seriously want to work out and be bodybuilders or for those who just want a good place to work out and even for your everyday regular
Awesome gym with friendly owners and staff. Also family friendly atmosphere and they have a free daycare on site as well. I highly recommend!
