There's absolutely nothing fun about having to have Plumbing work done but Matrix Plumbing essentially made it pain free. My wife and I were advised by Nationwide Insurance to get a second opinion from Matrix Plumbing for our piping that ran under a house that head rusted through and was causing back up through our washer. We originally had a local plumber look at it and was told that they would have to pull up our entire floor of our house and concrete to replace the pipe for the repair. I thought that going to make a big mess and make the house unlivable being that we have 3 kids this would have been pretty tough. I'm very grateful that we got another opinion from Matrix . Matrix dug a hole in my closet in my garage and dug a 40ft tunnel under the house to remove the pipe and replace. This was a much better options Also would like to thank Matrix for making the 3-hour drive multiple days to get the job done quickly on time . I would highly recommend Matrix plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
Please do not use this company. They sent out a technician who never called me back with my estimate. When I finally called back to see what happened they said that the technician no longer works for the company. They never bothered to call and tell me that. Plus they said he is the only one who knew how to fix my toilet so I need to find another company. And they are keeping my $75 fee I paid for them to send out that technician who never followed up. I told the woman if they don't return my $75 I will never use them again and she said "Okay that's fine with me!". So.... please do yourself a favor and find a different company to use.
This company was amazing!! The came out through my warranty company and located a slab leak. They were able to complete the repair as well. They gave me 2 options One to go through the floor and one to save my floor!! I was happy I got to save my floors that I love!!
I would highly recommend this company as I will deffinately be using them again in the future for anything that is plumbing related!!!
This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend them. Employees will promise you things and not follow through with any of it. For example, price was quoted to me, and it nearly doubled by the time they did the work. They also scheduled me for a morning job, and the guys didn’t show up at my house until 1 pm. Once they finally got to my house they waited for over an hour for some parts to arrive while smoking in my driveway doing nothing. Management also does not hold their employees accountable for their terrible service. All around a horrible company. I wish I had a job where I could go to work and get paid to give horrible customer service and just sit around on a job.
I can't thank Matrix Plumbing enough for everything they've provided to us over a short period of time. They came out to fix several of our utilities that were giving us trouble. Jason is a very stand up gentleman that you can trust to come in and out of your home. Very respectful and time conscientious man. I recommend him and Matrix Plumbing!
