Training - SEE TAYLOR. She is THE BEST. She is so bubbly and knowledgeable, and is willing to work with your dog one-on-one to address any difficulty your dog may be having with a particular order.
Worst Petsmart. We took our Alaskan Malamute to this location for a bath, and when we picked him up, he was still filthy and wet. The "groomers" said he was whining to much so he got banned from all Petsmart locations. When we got home he was looking sad, so we went to comfort him and he had a bump on his head. THESE BITCHES HIT MY DOG !!!!! We no longer give them any of our business.
This is a rating regarding the grooming salon. The grooming staff is not good and I recommend you go elsewhere for grooming services. They are not patient with animals, and can be extremely rude and arrogant towards owners. I would expect a groomer to be pleasant, kind, helpful towards both owners and pets. Management needs to review the staff and procedures at this location. Additional training of current staff for customer service and skills in working with animals, or new staff is in order.
I took my 59 lb difficult dog in today to get her nails trimmed and grinded. The girls did amazing! One held my dog trying to calm her and keep her still while the other trimmed and grinded her nails as quick as she could. I will definitely be taking her back.
Grooming - hit and miss here. While I actually haven't had any issues with them harming my dog accidentally or being negligent, they tried to turn him away once for misunderstanding a rule about heartworms that I knew well since I had come up against it before. The salon manager did, however, correct the issue and provided the scheduled service for free.
Always a wide selection of items and very friendly and helpful staff. I only wish the prices were a little more affordable I always go broke going here! But then again it's because they have so much to offer. The only bad thing I have to say about this place is for the last several months or maybe even a year they're bathroom smells horrible. They've got a sewer smell coming up from one of the toilets that could probably be easily fixed with a new wax seal?
PetsHotel and Doggy Daycare - always great. Never had any issues with my dog being attacked (though he did get in another dog's face once). Overnight stays are reasonably priced.\
Banfield Pet Hospital - all the stars for these people. Dani is the best nurse/receptionist; she is sarcastic, funny and attentive. My dog has been treated well here and the vet is always up front about my dog's behavior and any issues they ran into while he was being treated for anything.
Store itself - the layout is easy to navigate and staff is helpful when asked for assistance. PetPerks prices are where it's at.
